This recipe makes 5 cups so that everyone can enjoy it.
1 medium banana cut into 1/2 inch pieces and frozen for 10-15 minutes
2 cups of frozen blueberries
1 1/2 cups of live plain unsweetened yogurt
1/2 cup of milk – your pick from almond, rice, coconut or cow
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup of honey
Add yogurt and honey to a blender. Secure lid and blend until well incorporated. Add the orange juice, milk, frozen banana and frozen blueberry to the yogurt mixture in the blender. Secure lid and blend until smooth and frothy.
