Bookings:  Mastercard and Visa are accepted at the Centre. Your credit card will be kept on file to book/hold your position. Your credit card will only be charged if you miss an appointment without notifying the Centre or providing a full 24 hours notice. You are a valued client and we thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

First Appointments: For your first appointment please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out intake forms and to ensure that this time is not taken from your treatment minutes.

Scheduling/Punctuality: Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure the maximum benefit from your treatment. If you arrive late for your appointment it will end at the same allotted time. This is to ensure other clients are able to have full on time enjoyment of their treatments. Please note that distance treatments are booked during business hours the same as in-person appointments and will be started at their scheduled time and end accordingly.

Tuesdays – 12:15pm – 8:00pm

Wednesdays – 10:00am – 6:00pm

Thursdays – 12:15pm-8:00pm

Fridays – 10:00am – 6:00pm

Saturdays – 10:00am-4:00pm

Sundays – CLOSED

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment we kindly request 48 hours notice. This is to ensure that the appointment times can be filled from our wait list. Thank-you for your consideration.

Missed Appointments: Missed appointments, or without 24 hours notice of cancellation will be billed 100% of total treatment cost to the credit card number provided at the time of booking. We strive to be available for all of our clients and their needs. When a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another client loses an opportunity to be seen.

Special Considerations: At the time of your booking, please advise us of any allergies or disabilities.

Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are available in various denominations and are ideal for a loved one or valued client or friend.

Children: We do offer treatments for children. We do offer a babysitting service for parents coming for treatments of $3/hr per child so that the parent can enjoy the full benefit of their treatment. We offer childcare on Mondays and Fridays.
